Thank you for choosing to receive your COVID-19 vaccine at Bank of America Stadium! As you look forward to being vaccinated, we’re here to make it an easy and positive experience. Find directions and parking information below, as well as extra details about your visit.

The COVID-19 vaccine is your shot – your chance to start getting back to the life you miss. When you get the COVID-19 vaccine, use #thisismyshot on social media to let us know what it means to you.

You can expect extra steps to keep you safe and comfortable throughout your visit. We require everyone to wear masks and are committed to making you feel safe during your visit with us.

Bank of America Stadium has vaccination events throughout April. Appointments are available but not required.

Sign in to MyAtriumHealth for appointment details. This includes date, time and vaccine type.

More details
  • You can bring a purse or bag and any personal items you need.
  • After you get your vaccine, wait in the designated areas for 15 to 30 minutes before leaving. This helps us watch for any reaction.
  • Limit visitors at this appointment. If you need to bring someone with you, stay close to each other and practice physical distancing from those around you.
  • Plan and dress for the weather. Waiting areas are not covered.
  • Choose clothing that makes it easy to get to your arm for the vaccination.
  • Restrooms will be open.
  • Service animals are welcome.
  • If you have a second-dose appointment, bring your vaccination card to your appointment.

Walk-up appointment directions

If you have a vaccine appointment at Bank of America Stadium, enter through the North Gate at Bank of America Stadium at the time of your appointment.

Free parking
  1. Park for free in the Legacy Union parking deck at 720 South Church Street. Church Street is a one-way street.
  2. You’ll get a special parking ticket at the entrance of the parking deck. Hold on to this ticket to show when you exit the parking deck after your vaccine. No validation is needed.
  3. Use the parking deck elevators to get to the ground floor.
  4. Follow the Panthers walkway to Stonewall Street. When you reach the end of the walkway, you’ll be on Stonewall Street. Take a left and follow the sidewalk toward Bank of America Stadium.
  5. The entrance and check-in for vaccinations will be at the North Gate of Bank of America Stadium (North Gate is on Graham Street). There will be staff all along the pathway to this entrance. They will help you, answer your questions and point you where to go.
  6. Once you enter the concourse, you will check in for your appointment. Someone will be there to help you complete your screening form and vaccination card. They will point you to the vaccination area.
  7. After you get your vaccine, you will be asked to go to an observation area with seating where you will wait 15 or 30 minutes. This is so we can watch for any reactions. Vaccine staff will decide your waiting period based on your medical history. Then you will be invited to exit the stadium and return to your vehicle.
  8. Once you leave the stadium concourse, you will see staff along the path. They will help you get back to Stonewall Station.
Taking the Light Rail
  1. Take the LYNX Blue Line to Stonewall Station.
  2. Walk straight on Stonewall Street toward Bank of America Stadium.
  3. The entrance and check-in for vaccinations will be at the North Gate of Bank of America Stadium (North Gate is on Graham Street). There will be staff all along the pathway to this entrance. They will help you, answer your questions and point you where to go.
  4. Once you enter the concourse, you will check in for your appointment. Someone will be there to help you complete your screening form and vaccination card. They will point you to the vaccination area.
  5. After you get your vaccine, you will be asked to go to an observation area with seating where you will wait 15 or 30 minutes. This is so we can watch for any reactions. Vaccine staff will decide your waiting period based on your medical history. Then you will be invited to exit the stadium.
  6. Once you leave the stadium concourse, you will see staff along the path. They will help you get back to Stonewall Station.
Taking the Bus

Heading “Outbound” to Uptown

  1. Take the CATS (Charlotte Area Transit System) bus Sprinter Route to Church Street and Stonewall Street.
  2. Walk one block to Bank of America Stadium.
  3. The entrance and check-in for vaccinations will be at the North Gate of Bank of America Stadium (North Gate is on Graham Street). There will be staff all along the pathway to this entrance. They will help you, answer your questions and point you where to go.
  4. Once you enter the concourse, you will check in for your appointment. Someone will be there to help you complete your screening form and vaccination card. They will point you to the vaccination area.
  5. After you get your vaccine, you will be asked to go to an observation area with seating where you will wait 15 or 30 minutes. This is so we can watch for any reactions. Vaccine staff will decide your waiting period based on your medical history. Then you will be invited to exit the stadium.

Heading “Inbound” to Uptown

  1. Take the CATS (Charlotte Area Transit System) bus Sprinter Route to Morehead Street and Mint Street.
  2. Cross Morehead Street to continue along Mint Street.
  3. Walk toward Bank of America Stadium.
  4. The entrance and check-in for vaccinations will be at the North Gate of Bank of America Stadium (North Gate is on Graham Street). There will be staff all along the pathway to this entrance. They will help you, answer your questions and point you where to go.
  5. Once you enter the concourse, you will check in for your appointment. Someone will be there to help you complete your screening form and vaccination card. They will point you to the vaccination area.
