Al Hudson, MD, is the Senior Medical Director for the Primary Care Division at Atrium Health, overseeing our largest care division. He has over 20 years of experience in Internal Medicine. Dr. Hudson began with what was Carolinas HealthCare System in 1989. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Doctor of Medicine and Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his residency at what was then Charlotte Memorial Hospital.
