Evaluation of Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy
Brief Description  
The purpose of this study is to understand the biochemistry of different types of Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy (LGMD) and to determine appropriate outcome measures for future clinical treatment trials for LGMD. Who may be Eligible  
Male and females over the age of 18 with a diagnosis patients with LGMD caused by defective glycosylation (LGMD2I patients) and compare these levels to patients with LGMD2A (calpain-3 deficiency), LGMD2B (dysferlin deficiency) and BMD (caused by a defect in dystrophin).
