Brief Description  
The purpose of this study is to compare actinomycin-D and methotrexate to find out which works better to control GTN (gestational trophoblastic neoplasia) with the fewest side effects and least interruption in normal daily living. Subjects are randomized to either actinomycin-D given IV (injection a vein) or methotrexate IV or IM (injection into a muscle) with oral leucovorin. This study includes quality of life questionnaires to be completed periodically throughout treatment.
Who may be Eligible  
-Low-risk GTN: post molar GTN or choriocarcinoma -Adequate blood counts, kidney, and liver function -No prior pelvic radiation allowed -No previous invasive cancers within the last 5 years
