As a recent graduate of the Medical Assisting program at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences, I am so grateful that I was able to obtain my education from such a top-notch school. From the moment I first stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm, kind, and helpful faculty and staff. The school exudes an engaging, positive and professional environment conducive for learning and growing both academically and personally. The program itself provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge into the field of Medical Assisting by utilizing both a classroom and clinical setting. As an older student who was changing careers, Cabarrus College showed me that it’s never too late to be who you want to be and have the career you want to have, and they’ll help you make it happen. Healthcare education is what they do, and they do it very well. - Genevieve Gere, CMA(AAMA), Class of 2019
