How do I apply?

Applicants must submit the following: 

  • Complete application form
  • $50 nonrefundable application fee
  • Official transcript from high school (GED, adult high school, traditional completion or home school)
  • Completion of one unit of high school biology with a “C” or better
  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended (regardless of courses taken or length of attendance)
  • Official SAT or ACT test score report – minimum SAT of 900 or minimum ACT of 19 required.
  • Minimum GPA requirements of 2.5 high school weighted and 2.5 college cumulative 

All applicants are ranked competitively. Only the most qualified applicants are admitted. Students applying after the deadline may be placed on an alternate list and offered admission based on space availability.

Applicants accepted will be given a “conditional acceptance” and must submit proof of the following: 

  • High school graduation (for those admitted during the final year of high school)
  • Immunization records adequate to meet state guidelines
  • Confirmation of acceptance form and a $100 tuition deposit which will be applied toward your first semester tuition 

When can I start and what classes would I take?

If accepted, you may begin taking classes in the next available term (classes begin in January, May, or August).

How much does it cost?

Tuition is $243 per credit hour. Science classes will have a lab fee. An activity fee will be charged to students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours. Students may be eligible for Federal Financial Aid.
