The Atrium Health Mercy cafeteria is located on the lower level of the hospital and offers:

- Sautee to order featuring Chef Yan (specialty Asian Cuisine)
- Vending service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Hours:
- 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 4 to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday
- 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
Mercy Brew, also located on the lower level, is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 to 2 a.m. and on weekends from 5 to 10 p.m.

Hospitality House of Charlotte [http://www.hospitalityhouseofcharlotte.org/] is a nonprofit organization that since 1985 has sheltered more than 37,000 families who have come to Charlotte in medical crisis. Their house is available for patients and family members who live outside Mecklenburg County. Conveniently located nearby on Scott Avenue, Hospitality House provides a comfortable respite for family members; rooms are $40 per night.

Ronald McDonald House [http://rmhc.org/] provides a "home-away-from-home" for families so they can stay close to their hospitalized child at little or no cost. Families must be referred to the Ronal McDonald House by a social worker or patient nurse at the patient's facility of treatment. Located at 1613 E.
