Visitors are an important part of the care of our patients. To allow our patients to rest and be safe, all visitors must follow these guidelines:

  • Visitor badges are issued to all visitors. Please sign in at the nurse’s station on the patient’s floor. The badge must be worn at all times.
  • No more than two visitors at one time.
  • In general care areas, visitors must be at least 12 years old.
  • In the intensive care units, children younger than 16 must be screened by a nurse.
  • Please be quiet. No loud noises.
  • Do not visit if you have a cold, sore throat, pink eye, flu, vomiting, diarrhea, unexplained skin rash, open draining sores or any contagious disease.
  • Look for no visiting and precaution signs before entering the room.
  • Step out of the room during care if asked.
