Dr. Grinton is a board-certified pediatrician who leads the pediatric school-based telemedicine team at Atrium Health Levine Children's.

She is an assistant specialty medical director of pediatrics supporting telemedicine care at Atrium Health Levine Children’s as well as the medical director of school-based virtual and on-demand telemedicine clinics at Atrium Health.

Dr. Grinton's school-based virtual clinic team secured over $ 1 million in grant funding for school-based telemedicine, and they continue to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative technologies in providing high-quality, convenient care.

She received her medical degree at the State University of New York and completed her residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.

Outside of work, her faith, family and friends are her focus. She enjoys starting each day with a morning run.
