Dr. Balmuri is board certified in family medicine. She specializes in hypertension, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes and cholesterol problems.
During her medical training, she was involved in research on deep brain stimulation and diabetes. After joining Atrium Health, she helped develop an app for migraine.
Dr. Balmuri received her medical degree at Kakatiya Medical College and completed a residency at the University of Alabama.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys cooking, watching movies and hiking.
