Dr. Melanie McMinn believes in actively caring for our community, both in and out of the office. She is an empathetic healthcare provider who strives to empower every patient to make long-lasting, meaningful lifestyle change. She embraces innovative methods of primary care and strives to keep discussions about preventive care at the center of every interaction. She is also a healthcare provider at a local homeless clinic through the Urban Ministries center. Dr. McMinn lives in South Charlotte with her husband and three young children, and enjoys sports, travel, live music and theater.

Greg Weidner, MD, FACP
Dr. Greg Weidner believes in the power of the patient-doctor relationship. Primary care medicine is built upon this relationship – open, transparent, caring, collaborative and continuous. Prevention and total health are central to Dr. Weidner's approach to helping his patients live their best lives. He enjoys helping patients to become confident and empowered to manage their health, while making sure to have some fun along the way. Dr. Weidner lives in South Charlotte with his wife and three children, and enjoys music, sports and the outdoors.

Rick Botelho, MD
Dr. Rick Botelho always puts the healthcare needs of his patients and their families first. In addition to preventing and treating conditions, he helps enhance your overall well-being and motivates you to follow a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Botelho is an attentive healthcare provider, who works hard to make sure your voice is heard and care preferences are met.
When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Botelho and his wife spend time with their loved ones. They moved to Charlotte in 2016 and enjoy being close to family, especially their grandson. Dr. Botelho is a lifelong learner, as well as a published author, despite a history of dyslexia. He’s also an avid squash player, with an affinity for live music and new experiences.
