Friedel is a board-certified physician assistant with a specialty in urgent care. 

She received her physician assistant training at East Carolina University and her master’s degree in health science at Duke University. 

Friedel is an avid reader, loves to cook and enjoys traveling. She and her family are outdoor enthusiasts, often spending vacations together on the slopes, at the beach or at campgrounds around the state.
