Sistenstein is a physician assistant who specializes in family medicine. She’s especially interested in nutrition, skin diseases and women’s health.
She was inspired to pursue medicine by her childhood pediatrician. She remembers wanting to be just like him when she grew up. Entering the medical field was also the perfect way to combine her love of science and people.
She earned her graduate degree from The George Washington University.
Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their 2 beagles. She also enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, baking and reading historical fiction.
