Dr. Smith is board certified in family medicine. He cares for patients from infants to the elderly.
He enjoys learning about each patient’s unique background and perspective, so he can make treatment recommendations that are individualized.
He received his degree in osteopathic medicine from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency at Eglin Air Force Base.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending most of his time with his wife and 2 children at their kids’ lacrosse, basketball, swimming and soccer games. They also enjoy boating on Lake Norman, hanging out with friends, grilling during the summer and family movie nights. He likes exercising, running and weekly resistance training. When he has a free weekend, he enjoys visiting his brother and spending time on the river trying to catch a few trout.
