Elizabeth Baumgartner, NP

“I have a passion for assisting the geriatric population and spent a lot of my career working with Medicare patients. I’m committed to listening, engaging and caring for patients to help them achieve their health goals.”

Baumgartner is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner.

She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at East Carolina University. While pursuing her DNP, Baumgartner completed a project entitled, “Implementing a Kidney Screening Process for Diabetic Patients in a Primary Care Office,” which was published in The ScholarShip at East Carolina University.

When not working, Baumgartner enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She loves cooking, working out, biking, running, walking and being outdoors. She is involved in her community with West Blvd Ministry as well as her church.
