Hannah Faulkenberry, FNP

“I enjoy women's healthcare because I am able to educate and equip women with the knowledge they need to make informed healthcare decisions.” 

Faulkenberry is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She focuses on women's wellness exams, gynecological conditions, pregnancy and postpartum care. 

She values each opportunity to care for others and develop long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. 

Faulkenberry received a master’s degree in nursing at the University of South Carolina. 

In her free time, she enjoys any reason to be outdoors with her husband and children, especially hiking, traveling or riding horses.
