“Caring for pediatric cardiac patients has softened me as a human being. As a physician assistant, I want to provide the best patient care and hope to embrace a perpetual state of learning. I strive to operate from a mode of compassion for my patients and their loved ones and to become a dependable resource and friend to my colleagues.”

Robinson is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in pediatric cardiology and critical care medicine.

He completed his physician assistant training at Duke University.

Robinson’s interest in pediatric cardiology began while working as a patient care technician and research assistant at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. He particularly enjoys the specialized patient population, the opportunity to develop professional relationships with families over time, and working alongside the compassionate faculty and staff who choose to care for children.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and daughter, Reta. They love taking long walks around the neighborhood and trying new restaurants. Robinson also enjoys reading. His other hobbies include fishing, soccer and trail running.
