Spinella is a board-certified nurse practitioner, specializing in family medicine. She treats patients of all ages and has a particular interest in the management of acute and chronic health conditions. Her goal is to provide individualized, holistic care, ensuring her patients’ physical, cultural, spiritual, emotional and environmental aspects of life are addressed.
She received her master’s degree in nursing at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she graduated with honors. She is a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Spinella is married to her best friend, and they have 2 children. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family, including snowboarding, camping, fishing and riding 4-wheelers. Spinella loves music, singing and worship, and has played the piano since age 5. She is an active member of her church and community.
