Dr. Century is board certified in internal, pulmonary and critical care medicine. In critical care medicine, he specializes in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, shock and acute respiratory failure.

In pulmonary medicine, he specializes in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, lung cancer, pleural diseases, bronchiectasis, bronchitis, interstitial lung disease and pulmonary hypertension.

He won the Outstanding Fellow Award from The University of Texas Medical Branch. 

He received his medical degree at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences. He completed a residency at Nassau University Medical Center and fellowship at The University of Texas Medical Branch.
