Ford is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in internal medicine, women’s health and primary care for adults.
She is inspired to work with chronic diseases in the adult population. Formerly a registered nurse, she became motivated by the relationships she built with doctors who encouraged her to pursue additional training as a family nurse practitioner.
Ford received her master’s degree in nursing at Western Carolina University.
She is married with 2 children. In her free time, Ford enjoys camping and spending time with family on their mini-farm that is home to goats, dogs and a cat.
