Description
Join us for the Winthrop University Wellness Conference, a day dedicated to exploring health, wellness, and personal well-being. This test event is being used to validate conference registration and RSVP functionality.
Attendees can expect sample sessions covering topics such as:

Nutrition and healthy habits

Dulce Mange, MSW, LCSW, LCIS
Dulce has worked with Atrium Health for over 9 years and has been with LCI serving in the breast clinic for over two years. Dulce truly enjoys working with patients as they navigate through their cancer journey and providing them a safe space to process their complex feelings and the many ways a cancer diagnosis impacts one's self. In her free time Dulce loves spending time in her pottery studio and planning future travels.

Sandra Starnes Gonzalez
Sandra Starnes Gonzalez, MSW, LCSW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master's degree from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work. She provides psychosocial support to patients affected by cancer, utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Her professional interests include psychosocial oncology, adjustment to illness, anxiety and depression management, OCD treatment and promoting resilience and well-being throughout the cancer care continuum.
