Before you begin completing your next key steps, we have listed the locations which are frequently referred to as “regional”. Our goal is to ensure that your payer credentialing and hospital privileging process is seamless and efficient. You will be contacted by your assigned Intake Partner within the Medical Staff Services department 60 days prior to your start date to initiate your electronic credentialing process.
Please review the credentialing process workflow below to become familiar with the timeframes in which our Medical Staff Services department teammates will be contacting you throughout your credentialing process. There are several required documents that you will be asked to submit within strict timeframes once your credentialing process has begun. Review the documents and process steps below in order to avoid potential start date delays in the future.

Review the following 8 modules. The Provider Orientation Modules are a required series of videos assigned to Atrium Health's new physician and ACPs. The modules were designed to meet Joint Commission education requirements while providing helpful information to our new physician and ACPs.
