Atrium Health teammates may refer a friend or colleague for eligible CRNA opportunities and participate in the Referral Program. Rules of the program are noted below.

Referring Teammate Eligibility
- Referring teammate must be employed with Atrium Health at the time the referral bonus is paid
- CRNAs involved in peer interview teams are not eligible for a referral within their own facility
- Teammates employed within the Medial Group Recruitment Team are not eligible
Candidate Eligibility
- All candidates must have a current CRNA license in good standing for all states where a license is held if not yet a licensed CRNA, the same applies to RN licensure
- In addition, all candidates referred must be available and willing to commit with an offer letter within a year from the time their referral was received
- Only candidates who are currently not employed by Atrium Health can be referred. Current Atrium Health CRNAs transferring into a new position are not eligible
- Excludes Atrium Health CRNAs who left the System within 1 year or less and CRNAs who worked in a locums capacity within a year or less
Referral Program Logistics
- Referring teammate must email the name, contact information and current resume of the candidate being referred, and fill out the
Referral Form prior to an interview with the candidate
- Referral is valid up to 90 days after candidate information is received
- If a duplicate referral is received, date & timestamp of the email with the referral information will determine who will be deemed with credit of the referral
- Medical Group Recruitment will manage the tracking/reporting of the referral program
- There is no limit to the number of candidates a teammate can refer. However, there may be a limit to the number of referrals payments that can be received.
- A referral bonus will be offered in the following amounts:
- $15,000 will be paid to Atrium teammates who refer a FT CRNA
- $7,500 will be paid to Atrium teammates who refer a PT CRNA
- First half of referral bonus will be paid within 30 days the hired candidate’s start date. Second half of referral bonus will be paid a year after the hired candidate’s start
date. Please note, payroll processing could take an additional 3-4 weeks and will be received in the teammate’s paycheck.
- CRNA Division holds the right to alter or cancel this program at any time
- Referral bonus is subject to FMV considerations as well as Federal, State, and FICA taxes
