You will be required to take Atrium Health professional photos which will be used for your online provider bio and any additional marketing collateral requested by your Practice/Dept. This appointment can be scheduled back-to-back with your health assessment for your convenience.
Directly following your professional photo appointment, you will need to go to the Atrium Badge office to have a same-day photo taken and a badge printed. An updated badge topper with your professional portrait will be sent to your practice once available.
All new hires are required to pass a health screening performed by our Teammate Health department. The health screening is free and is for your protection and the protection of our patients.
You will receive an electronic invitation to register for the Enterprise Health portal and complete several pre-health screening tasks, which include:
Please note, if you are applying for hospital privileges, it is essential that you complete your health screening at least 10 days prior to start to allow enough time for clearance prior to your privilege date.

You will receive an email with a registration link from ProviderOnboarding@atriumhealth.org with step-by-step instructions on how to complete section 1 of an 1-9 form. Once you receive the link via email, please follow the instructions to complete section 1. You will then need to schedule an appointment with your onboarding Consultant to verify your employment documents. You will be required to virtually present your original documents to your Onboarding Consultant during the virtual meeting.
