*Available to Atrium Health patients. The option of pediatric eVisit is available to pediatric patients, ages newborn to 12. When starting a pediatric eVisit parents must log in and choose their child's chart to start a pediatric eVisit.
eVisit is an easy and affordable way to connect with a healthcare provider online, anytime you need care. A treatment option offered exclusively to Atrium Health patients, eVisit is ideal for the treatment of relatively minor conditions that still need medical attention.
It’s easy! All you need is an internet connection and a MyAtriumHealth account. Once logged into MyAtriumHealth, you can choose eVisit as a care option. If you are scheduling an eVisit for your child, choose your child’s chart before choosing eVisit as a care option. After answering a series of questions about your medical history and current symptoms, a provider will review the symptoms and will respond within 4 hours**. A diagnosis and recommended treatment plan will be sent through a secure health message to your MyAtriumHealth account.
In some cases a provider may not be able to provide a diagnosis through eVisit. In that case, a secure message with a recommendation for next steps will be sent to you.
As long as the device has internet access and you have an MyAtriumHealth account, you may use a computer, tablet or smart phone. You may access MyAtriumHealth on your mobile phone via the MyAtrium mobile app, which is available for use on the iOS (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) or Android mobile platform. Back to top.
