Atrium Health Primary Care One Health Family Medicine Rural Hall will begin accepting patients August 1, 2022. One Health's exceptional providers look forward to establishing relationships with the community and their patients. In January 2023, the practice will move to its permanent location right down the street at 1038 Bethania Rural Hall Road.
See us by appointment Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for:
- Physicals and well-child checkups
- Women’s health, including gynecologic exams and contraception
- Geriatric care
- Management of chronic diseases, including high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, allergies and thyroid disorders
- Same-day sick visits
- In-office laboratory
- Minor surgical procedures
