4th Trimester Support Group – Virtual

This virtual class will connect you with other new moms. The first class will be led by an APP (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Midwife) and a Lactation Consultant from an Atrium Health OB/GYN practice and will last for 1 hour. These classes will have a facilitator leading the class, encouraging participants to share tips/tricks, offer resources if needed, and facilitate discussion between the moms in the group. You can share birth stores, discuss breastfeeding tips, and talk through all the emotions experienced in the 4th trimester.
