Do you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up tired? Many people feel stuck in a cycle of poor sleep, especially with busy days, stress, and screen time at night. 

 This session will share five simple habits that can help you sleep better. You’ll learn small changes you can make during the day and at bedtime that support more restful sleep. The focus is on realistic steps you can start right away—not a perfect routine. 

 We’ll walk through common sleep struggles, easy tips that fit into daily life, and simple ways to build healthier sleep habits over time. 

 

What You’ll Learn 

  • Learn how to create a simple bedtime routine that helps your body wind down 
  • Understand everyday habits that may be hurting your sleep 
  • Try small changes you can start tonight to fall asleep more easily 

 

This 30-minute virtual Lifestyle Medicine Educational Visit is led by a trained member of the Atrium Health Lifestyle Medicine team, such as a medical student, community health worker, or other non-billing team member. Educational content has been reviewed by the Atrium Health Lifestyle Medicine Medical Director. This session is intended for education and skill-building and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
