After the Storm: Transitioning to Breast Cancer Survivorship July 2025
Description
After the Storm is a group for Breast Cancer Survivors post-treatment. It is focused on providing evidenced based information on lifestyle factors that contribute to overall well-being and that may reduce the risk of cancer recurrence. Survivors meet together to offer emotional and social support while adjusting to life after treatment.
The mission of Carolina Breast Friends is to embrace the breast cancer community in a positive environment. They provide resources and education through fellowship and mentoring during any stage of the journey. Our stop will include a tour of The Pink House in Charlotte and discussion of area supports. In addition to this social outing, The Pink House will have an opportunity for survivors to stay and participate in their support group. Attendance of the support group is completely optional.
This event will be held in person only as we tour Carolina Breast Friends- The Pink House 1607 E Morehead St, Charlotte NC, 28207
There is no virtual option for the July meeting.
