Beth Rosenberg, MSW, LCSW, APHSW-C is a Program Coordinator with Atrium Health’s Your Care-Your Choice team, providing community and staff education regarding advance care planning and serious illness conversations. Beth has over 20 years of hospice and palliative care social work experience. Beth is a certified Respecting Choices First Steps ACP and Advanced Steps ACP Facilitator and Instructor and ELNEC Trainer. In 2018 was honored to receive the Carolinas Healthcare System’s Social Work of the Year award.
