Sketch-Book Club: Dive into the endless ways to creatively use a sketchbook in this monthly class. All experiences welcome!
Suggested Materials:
Sketchbook/Altered Book
Magazines
Scissors
Glue Stick or White Glue
Pen/ Marker Pen
Misfit papers (old artwork, magazines, junk mail, scrapbook paper, etc.)
*Note, these are suggested and optional materials. Not all are necessary. Please use what you already have on hand!
Speakers
Andrea Sowle
Andrea is and artist-in-residence at Levine Cancer Institute, serving at the Cabarrus and University locations, and through virtual classes. She encourages patients, staff, care-partners, and community members to use the creative process as therapy and a means of social connection. Andrea also enjoys gardening and spending time with family and friends around a campfire and playing games.
