AYA Anticancer Lifestyle Kickstarters: Environment
Virtually via Teams
Description
Small changes can make a big impact on our health and wellbeing. It sometimes feels overwhelming to know where to start. Join us for a quarterly Anticancer Lifestyle Kickstarter and make healthy behavior changes easier, share with others and hear from area experts. Each quarter will address a different topic, with discussion and connection to free resources through the Anticancer Lifestyle Program. The Anticancer Lifestyle Program is a free online, evidence-based resource available to anyone interested in learning more about healthy lifestyle practices to help reduce the impact of cancer and other health conditions on our overall well-being. Those joining the online Kickstarter will be provided daily informative emails and encouragement for the following week. Learn more at Kickstart Landing Page | Anticancer Lifestyle Program
