In this class, you’ll learn how breastfeeding works, including:


  • How to establish a good milk supply
  • How to help your baby latch
  • How to position your baby for breastfeeding
  • If your baby is getting enough milk


You’ll also learn when and where to get breastfeeding help if you need it, both at the hospital and when you go home. Learning the basics of breastfeeding and starting off with a positive attitude will help you have a better experience breastfeeding your baby!
