Description

Please join our chaplain, Greg, in our LCI chapel for interfaith services and times of meditation. These are open to all colleagues, patients, families and guests at LCI.

All are welcome, registration is not required, but we recommend registering if you would like to receive a reminder email before the event.

We want to celebrate the wonderful diversity of faith traditions, rituals, music and written words that support us all in our spiritual journeys. On service Fridays, Greg will offer an interfaith service that may include readings, music, prayer and poetry as well as a place of refuge from a busy day.

Service Fridays are the First and Third Friday of the month:

Feb: 2/20

March: 3/6, 3/20

Many spiritual traditions refer to ways of slowing down and revitalizing through use of mindfulness, meditation and simply being in the moment. On Meditation Fridays, chaplain Greg, or guests, will offer two- fifteen-minute meditation sessions such as intentional mindfulness, body meditation or simply taking some quiet moments. These sessions are designed for all who wish to participate and to fit into our colleagues' busy schedules.

Meditation Fridays are the Second and Fourth Friday of the month:

Feb: 2/13, 2/27

March: 3/13, 3/27
