Amanda Elliott, RN, BSN, OCN Oncology Nurse Navigator
As a nurse navigator, I serve as an advocate for patients in active cancer treatment and provide guidance and solutions to overcome barriers to care. I have been in nursing for 20 years with a background in inpatient critical care and outpatient oncology care. I am passionate about oncology nursing and ensuring each patient's care aligns with his or her goals.
Sarah RoseBlevins MSW, LCSW, LISW-CP, OSW-C
Sarah RoseBlevins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Levine Cancer and has been with the department since 2022. Prior to her role with Levine Cancer, she worked with Atrium Health’s Behavioral Health program. She holds the Oncology Social Worker Certification (OSW-C) and has a passion for working with individuals impacted by cancer.
