Gentle Yoga for Every Body

Virtual chair yoga class that is supported by Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center. This class is FREE and open to those in active treatment, survivors, those living with chronic disease. Family/caregivers or anyone you are sharing space with is welcome and encouraged to join.  

This class will be offered virtually every Tuesday. Once participants register for the class, they will receive the Zoom link!
