This group is an introductory Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) group tailored for individuals at any point in their cancer treatment and survivorship. This therapeutic group is crafted to offer a supportive space where participants engage in sessions integrating music and imagery. Facilitated by Dean Quick, the program aims to provide a platform for emotional expression, stress reduction, and the development of coping skills. The group serves as a community for mutual support, fostering a sense of shared experience among peers navigating similar challenges. Through the combination of music and guided imagery, this initiative strives to address the comprehensive well-being of young cancer patients, promoting resilience, self-awareness, and hope throughout the emotional complexities of their journey. Please see the FAQ for a description and format example of the group.
