• Identifying common signs and symptoms about depression and anxiety 
• Navigating the stress of significant life changes 
• The importance of early intervention and self-care  
• Healthy coping strategies and techniques to add to your emotional tool kit 
• Resources at Atrium Health, local, and wider community  

Deadline for in-person event registration is January 13 at noon. In-person participation includes a boxed lunch. Virtual option available, see separate registration.
