This session will show you how to make meal planning simple and realistic. You’ll learn easy ways to plan a few meals ahead, save time during the week, and avoid last-minute decisions. 

We’ll share practical examples, simple planning tips, and small steps you can use right away to make mealtime feel less stressful.

This 30-minute virtual Lifestyle Medicine Educational Visit is led by a trained member of the Atrium Health Lifestyle Medicine team, such as a medical student, community health worker, or other non-billing team member. Educational content has been reviewed by the Atrium Health Lifestyle Medicine Medical Director. This session is intended for education and skill-building and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
