"Hi, my name is Bridget, and I am a student doctor and mother to four awesome kids. I know how challenging it can be when you are ready to implement a healthier lifestyle but are unsure where to begin and the demands of life feel overwhelming. I have wrestled through these thoughts and more as I have navigated a 60-pound weight loss through diet and lifestyle changes over the past several years . I have seen firsthand the positive impact these changes can have on chronic disease and vitality, and I would love to partner with you as you take the next step in your journey!"
