Description
Shared Medical Appointments offer a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and improve your health in a supportive group setting. Led by a Lifestyle Medicine provider, these appointments combine medical care, education, and peer support to help you build sustainable healthy habits. Participants will explore topics such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and behavior change while learning practical strategies to support long-term wellness.
In addition to group education and medical guidance, participants will enjoy special demonstrations and a hands-on learning experience led by Registered Dietitian Elaine Jones, featuring practical nutrition tips, healthy food preparation techniques, and real-life strategies for making healthy choices easier. Lunch will be provided beginning at 12:00 PM.
