At Atrium Health Levine Cancer we believe your survivorship journey starts at the day of diagnosis!
Welcome back to our 2nd annual Journey Through Survivorship event. We hope you will enjoy connecting with other survivors and caregivers while our experts provide you with the resources to empower your wellness journey. Live music during lunch will be provided by our board-certified music therapists, creating a welcoming backdrop for networking and conversation.
This free event, including lunch, is brought to you by the Department of Supportive Oncology at Atrium Health Levine Cancer. Lunch is catered by the Project 658 staff.
*Attendees are welcome to bring a guest, but each person must register individually so we have an accurate head count for lunch.
Please note, doors open for check in at 9:30 am, the event will begin promptly at 10 am.

Speakers
Suzanne Emory, OTR/L, CLWT
Suzanne Emory OTR/L, CLTW has been a lymphedema therapist since 2010. She attended Boston University for her BS in occupational therapy and graduated in 1998. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings including at the National Institutes of Health. She has been with Advocate Health since 2003 in both home health and outpatient therapy. She transferred to Levine Cancer in December and has been enjoying this new phase of her journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, traveling, and participating in outdoor adventures!
Kaitlin Forestieri, PsyD

Dr. Kaitlin Forestieri completed her internship at the Central Arkansas VA and her postdoctoral fellowship at a private practice in Redmond, WA prior to joining Atrium's psycho-oncology team. Her research and clinical interests include the effects of childhood adversity on adult health. In her free time, she enjoys reading thriller novels and baking.
