Labor 101 Spanish - In Person

This class, taught by a certified childbirth educator and a Spanish interpreter. This class will help to prepare parents for arrival of baby by providing education on:

• What to expect in Labor and Delivery
• Labor, including coping and comfort strategies including relaxation and breathing techniques, other pain management options
• Delivery types
• Physical and emotional changes for you and your baby
• Warning signs and when to call your OB
• Question and answer session

Please plan to schedule this class so that you will complete the class by your 34th-37th week of pregnancy if possible.
