In this class, you and your partner will both expand upon the lessons shared in Preparing for Childbirth.

Topics include:

• Relaxation
• Positioning techniques
• Massage techniques

Your partner will also learn numerous methods on how to be emotionally and physically supportive before, during and after labor.
