Description

Please join our Chaplain and Certified Meditation Teacher, Greg, in our LCI chapel for Mindfulness Moments Fridays. This is open to all colleagues, patients, families, and guests at LCI.

What Is Meditation?

Meditation is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the present moment. It is a simple, evidence-informed practice that can help us manage stress, quiet a busy mind, improve focus, and create a greater sense of calm.

What Will We Do?

Meditations will vary by week but could include; guided imagery, body scan meditations, music meditations, just to name a few.

You don’t need to know how to meditate—and you don’t need to clear your mind.

No experience is necessary. Come curious, come stressed, come with a busy mind—just come.

All are welcome; registration is not required, but we recommend registering if you would like to receive a reminder email before the event.

Join us every Friday at 1:30 in the LCI Chapel, 3rd floor by the building 2 entrance, for 20 minutes of Mindfulness and Meditation.

Please note, we will not meet on September 4th.
