Active treatment includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and surgery. The group is co-led by an oncology nurse navigator and an oncology social worker. Morning Connections aims to provide emotional support, foster connection with others in breast cancer treatment, and share information about resources available to patients as they adjust to life during cancer treatment.
