Pregnancy 101

Description
This class, taught by a Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Lactation Counselor, help prepare parents for a healthy, positive pregnancy by setting normal expectations to reduce stress and anxiety. Parents will be given the tools and resources to promote healthy outcomes and topics include:
- Physical and emotional changes for you and your baby
- How to maintain a healthy pregnancy
- Warning signs and when to call your OB
- Breastfeeding information
- Question and answer session
- Sneak peek at class options/descriptions for third trimester classes.
You should attend this class before your 20th week of pregnancy.
One ticket allows you and one guest to attend.
