Mondays at 1 pm
Tai Chi and Qigong are gentle exercises that help improve strength, flexibility and balance. This exercise can be done by anyone. Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong also help with stress and feeling worried. This class is offered virtually.
By registering for and participating in this virtual class, I acknowledge and voluntarily accept the risks associated with physical activity. I understand that yoga and Tai Chi may involve gentle movement, stretching, and balance work, and I agree to participate at my own pace and within my own comfort level. I release Atrium Health Levine Cancer and its instructors from liability for any injury that may occur during or as a result of my participation.

Mike Gentile is the founder of Inner Power Fitness with almost 30 years of experience sharing the healing and health benefits of Tai Chi, Qigong, and Reiki.
