Atrium Health is committed to making it easier for you to manage your health from anywhere. Patients enrolled in MyAtriumHealth may choose to securely connect their medical records/health information to other health management apps, such as Apple Health and Google Fit.

Remember: You’ll continue to use MyAtriumHealth to do things like:

  • Schedule an appointment
  • Send a message to your doctor
  • View your lab results, medications and other important health information
  • Have an eVisit

You also have access to Track My Health within MyAtriumHealth, which syncs your health information from multiple devices and health management apps.

How to Link Your Health Information

It’s easy to connect your health information to your favorite health app – all you need is your existing MyAtriumHealth username and password. Simply follow the specific app’s instructions for linking, enter your MyAtriumHealth login information and get connected!

Why would I want to connect my health information to my health apps?

Many health apps – such as fitness trackers, nutrition trackers, health coaching, pregnancy trackers and more – ask for personal health information. By connecting your MyAtriumHealth account to your other health apps, it’s easy to view your health information and make decisions in one place.

Does this replace using MyAtriumHealth?

No. You’ll continue to use MyAtriumHealth as you do today, including for tasks such as:

  • Scheduling an appointment
  • Sending a message to your doctor
  • Viewing your lab results, medications and other health information
  • Having an eVisit

Will all the information in my medical record be brought into my connected health management apps?

All health management apps are different, and it depends on the app which medical information it wants to connect to. Generally, health management apps ask to connect to key information, such as vitals and medications. Learn more about sharing your information with health apps.

Do I have to connect my medical record to my health management apps?

No, you don’t have to connect your medical record to your health apps. It’s completely up to you and is offered as just another way to manage your health on your terms. Any links to third party applications are provided for your convenience only. Your use of third party applications to store and access your information is at your sole risk and discretion and Atrium Health has no control over the content of third party applications or the information that they store. Atrium Health and its agents, employees, representatives, officers and directors will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to: (1) a lack of security or privacy in the storage of information within the application environment, (2) the use or misuse of the application content, (3) the inability to access or use the application or the application content, (4) any loss or corruption of data or information submitted via the application, or (5) any communications or services provided by, or requested from, Atrium Health via a third party application.
