Atrium Health is extending the Atrium Health Epic Electronic Health Record system into the community.

Community ConnectUsing the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) you get:

  • Integrated patient care, using a single medical record that all providers using Epic can access
  • Coordinated care for those within the medical community including specialists and inpatient physicians
  • Patient access to their single, online health record
  • Integrated virtual visit platforms and mobile solutions to maximize provider efficiency
  • Robust reporting to identify trends and ensure compliance
